The average line at Universal during peak season is 1 hour, with Express Pass you can get on the ride within 15 minutes usually... that is a 45 minute time savings! During off season the average line wait time is 30 minutes and with Express Pass you can usually board the ride within 5 minutes. Express Pass truly is worth every penny!
